Gumnun has two beautiful daughters, Eye and Euey. Shevid is a social worker of the village who frequently visits Gumnun’s house. When Eye gets pregnant, Gumnun thinks that Shevid is the father of the baby, but Shevid doesn’t know anything about it. Nut comes to admit that he is the father of Eye’s baby. Shevid and Euey get to know each other better, and Shevid asks Gumnun for permission to marry Euey. At first, Gumnun doesn’t allow him, but Shevid keeps pushing until Gumnun agree. Shevid even asks Gumnun to pay for the wedding because it will look bad for Gumnun, since he is just and orphan.
