Cherd was called in for an oversea assignment, he has to assume his twin brother identity who was killed during a string operation drug deal. His contact in Hong Kong is a beautiful Chinese singer named Pai-lu , an undercover Hong Kong police officer. She did connected Cherd to a couple of local drug lords who happened to be the one that have his twin brother killed. Somehow, Cherd and Pai-lu got caught, but later rescued by Hong Kong police and finally destroy the drug lords and its entire criminal operations.
