Synopsis
Kung has been living with her uncle Krit in Europe since she was young. One day she receives a letter from her mother asking her to come back to Thailand. In Thailand, Kung gets to know Mai, who works for her father as a fishing boat captain. One day she hides in Mai’s boat but when it goes offshore, a big storm floods the boat engine; hopefully a navy patrol boat helps pull it back to shore. Mai is fired from the job and Kung who has Mai in her mind all the time, feels guilty but doesn’t know where to find him. Krit comes back from Europe and asks Kung to marry him as she promised, but she needs more time to think about it. A bit earlier from the wedding day, Krit introduces Kung to his cousin, Tin, whom she recognized as Mai. She tells him the reason why she didn’t marry Krit 2 years ago: because she has been waiting for him. Krit over hears the conversation and realizes that they love each other, so he sacrifices Kung to Tin, because he wants her to be happy.
